European Health Insurance Card
For travelling in Europe it is advisable to have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) in addition to travel insurance. An EHIC is free and can be obtained from http://www.nhs.uk/Healthcareabroad/Pages/Healthcareabroad.aspx or call 0845 606 2030.

Travel Insurance for your Journey
It is the policy of A Nita Way to Travel to ensure that all guests are covered by a travel insurance policy for the duration of their Adventure.
Why Book Travel Insurance?
Please ensure that your travel insurance policy will pay any costs arising from emergency medical bills, repatriation. In addition they should also cover the costs of damaged items and cash lost during your adventure.
Do you already have Travel Insurance?
We will absorb any changes in currency exchange rates up to 5% deviation from the rate on 1st November 2008.
Cancellation by You
Our cancellation charges are expressed in the table below as a percentage of the total holiday cost. All cancellations must be notified to us in writing by the person making the booking and charges apply from the date that this notification is received at our offices in hard copy.

Cancellation by Us
There are occasions when it may become impossible to provide the accommodation that you booked and it is therefore necessary to cancel it completely. Such situations do not occur very often, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. If this does occur you will be offered alternative accommodation, if available, or a full refund of all money paid to ourselves.
Special Requests
We are unable to accept conditional bookings. You are quite welcome to make special requests but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. If you have any special requests or requirements we will do our best to accommodate them provided that they are clearly noted on the booking form at the time your booking is made. We must point out that failure to fulfil a special request cannot be considered as a breach of contract on our behalf.
Descriptions
The descriptions on this website are based on our experience and knowledge gained from regular visits to the resorts, as well as from information supplied by others. However, circumstances can change, and we reserve the right to change any particulars.
Photographs have been chosen to depict our destinations and accommodation as accurately as possible. Photographs of a more general nature however have not necessarily been taken at the destinations featured.
Please note that the standards of plumbing, hygiene and local services may not be comparable with those found the UK. Local laws and regulations may differ from those in the United Kingdom.
Pictures taken by Anita Jones or Chris Jones may be used to publicise the adventures.
Documents and Inoculations
It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary inoculations before you travel, and to have the correct documentation with you for the holiday you have booked when you travel. This includes valid passports, visas, tickets, insurance documents. A full 10 year passport is required with at least six months left prior to departure.
Making a Booking
1. Choose your adventure.
2. Reserve your adventure with us whilst you then check out flights / travel and transit arrangements.
3. Book your flights / travel arrangements. (details of online flight / travel providers are on our website specific to each adventure)
4. Confirm your booking with us and inform us all your flight / travel arrangements details.
5. Send your deposit with cheques payable to ‘A Nita Way to Travel’.
6. Full payments will be required as noted on the booking form of each adventure.
7. We will then email guest information prior to departure.
Our Adventures
Our adventures are planned with the 20s to 60s in mind, with exceptions , so those who have a relaxed and cheerful character who are activity fit to come with us and have a marvellous time. The lower age limit is 18 years unless travelling with a family, or guardian over the age of 18 years. Our Adventures are not suitable for children under 11 years of age. If you have a pre-existing medical condition e.g. epilepsy or some form of disability, please include a note with your reservation so that, if necessary, we can let you know about the facilities available. If you have any preferences for room sharing, with family or friends, please detail these at the time of your booking and we will endeavour to do our best to fulfil your request.
